Fire-Rated Pallet Storage Building – Flammable Liquids for Chemical Manufacturing Customer

US Chemical Storage built this custom pallet storage building to create a new storage area for this customer to store their flammable liquids safely.

Customer Needs/Requirements:
This chemical and plastics manufacturer no longer had access to the traditional building they used to store these pallets, so they needed to create a new storage area at their site for these. They were up against a deadline to have those pallets moved into this building. The customer needed to ensure the building would fit both their pallet storage needs while maintaining compliance.

U.S. Chemical’s Solution
They contacted U.S. Chemical Storage to design the new 48-pallet to store flammable liquids.  This building was put out to bid. U.S. Chemical won this job based on the ability to build a reliable building and meet the deadline.

We were able to complete the building on time.  We designed this building to meet the specs of the customer, including size, fire suppression, an exhaust fan, and spill containment. U.S. Chemical also took special care to build in compliance of the particular chemicals that the completed building would store.
