Our wide variety of chemical storage building and installation options and come standard with an industry-leading 15-year structural warranty. All remaining components have a 1-year limited warranty starting the day your building ships and any additional warranty is provided by the manufacturer of the purchased components. - Constant Communication
We focus on reducing the time you invest in gaining approval for and installing your unit. Our chemical storage buildings and accessories are FM Global or Warnock Hersey pre-approved. Each unit is delivered to you ready for use on day one with structural attachments added on to improve forklift/crane access.
- Site Preparation
The actual design part of a custom project, and any state approvals or third-party approvals can take some time, however once we begin construction of your building, it can go quickly. That is why any site preparation you do at your location is of vital importance to the schedule. A concrete pad, the location of any power or water sources, and any offloading or installation equipment necessary on your end needs to be coordinated with the schedule of your building.
- Freight Coordination
We have an experienced on-site freight and logistics coordinator who works with high-quality companies to handle your building. While customers can coordinate their own freight, we often see errors and inexperience lead to damage and lengthy delays. We take pride in your building arriving to you exactly as it was when it left our facility.
- Any Size Available
Standard section widths are 7 foot, 3 inches. This is compliant with DOT regulations to allow for easy loading onto a standard trailer.
Oversize widths are
Our standard metal and drop-over chemical storage building widths are 6 feet, 8 feet, 10 feet, and 12 feet, with lengths ranging from 6 feet to 52 feet. and are attached to one another on-site, allowing for vastly increased floor-space in your building. Modular storage buildings offer larger widths ranging from 15 feet to 30 feet, depending on your requirements.
- Final Factory Inspection
The U.S. Chemical Storage quality and control team performs a final factory inspection of each chemical storage building before it is shipped. All inspection and test forms are properly filled in, signed off, and made available for the customer upon demand. We also maintain a permanent copy in our files.
- Installation Support
While we do not have a full-time in-house installation crew, we can offer close guidance with any installation and assistance on site if communicated early in the process. We will send a crew on-site for each modular building if desired due to the unique complexities of each one.
